presentation Day 7th June 2009

The Presentation day is on Sunday 7th June at Dellwood. Doors open to the public at 10.30 till 4pm.

We have the Gladiators stall to run for the day and have a couple of slots to help out serving on the BBQ. There will be someone else doing the cooking.

Our slot for the Boys v Parents match is at 10.45. We will present the medals and trophies at 11.15 till 11.30.

I’ve allocated slots to cover over the day. Can you make sure you are at the stall promptly to cover your stint.

There’s not a lot for each to do on the day. The slots can be covered by parents, grandparents, older siblings etc. as long as everyone does a little bit we can make it a great finale for the boys to finish off a great season.
